Terms of Use.

Schneider Law Firm, P.A. | Effective Date: May 17, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://collection.law (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Schneider Law Firm, P.A., a Florida professional association (“Schneider Law Firm,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Attorney Advertising

The Site constitutes attorney advertising under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, including Rules 4-7.11 through 4-7.23. The content of the Site has not been reviewed or approved by The Florida Bar. Leslie Mark Schneider, Esq., Florida Bar No. 0669814, is responsible for the content of the Site.

2. No Legal Advice

The information contained on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each matter, applicable law as of the date of the matter, and the jurisdiction in which the matter arises. Reading the Site does not, and is not intended to, substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney with respect to any specific legal question. You should not act or refrain from acting based on information on the Site without first seeking advice from a qualified attorney.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Access to or use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the Firm or any attorney at the Firm. Submitting an inquiry through the Site, sending an email, completing the contact form, or otherwise communicating with the Firm through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with Schneider Law Firm is established only by a written engagement agreement signed by an authorized attorney of the Firm and the client.

4. Confidentiality of Unsolicited Communications

You acknowledge that contacting the Firm through the Site, by email, or by any other electronic means does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. You further acknowledge that information sent to the Firm before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be treated as confidential or privileged in all circumstances, particularly if the information is sent unilaterally and without any agreement by the Firm to consider the representation. You further acknowledge that sending information to the Firm before acceptance of the representation does not, by itself, preclude the Firm from representing a party adverse to you in the matter to which the information relates, subject to applicable law and the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Do not send highly sensitive, confidential, or time-sensitive information until you have spoken with an attorney at the Firm, the Firm has completed any necessary conflicts review, and the Firm has confirmed in writing that it agrees to represent you.

5. Jurisdictional Scope

Schneider Law Firm and its attorneys are licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. The Firm does not seek to represent any person or entity based on viewing of the Site in a jurisdiction in which the Site or its content does not comply with applicable laws and ethical rules. Nothing on the Site constitutes the practice of law in any jurisdiction in which the responsible attorney is not admitted, and the Firm does not provide legal services in any such jurisdiction.

6. Past Results and Testimonials

Any past case results, settlements, judgments, or other client outcomes described on the Site are specific to the facts and circumstances of those particular matters. Past results do not guarantee, warrant, or predict a similar outcome. Prospective clients may not obtain the same or similar results. Each legal matter is unique and must be evaluated on its own facts and merits. Any testimonials or endorsements on the Site reflect the experiences of the persons providing them and are not representative of the experiences of all clients.

7. Accuracy and Completeness of Content

The Firm makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the content of the Site is accurate and current, but does not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, error-free, or up to date. Laws, rules, and regulations change frequently. The Firm has no obligation to update content on the Site and disclaims any liability for outdated or inaccurate information. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

8. Intellectual Property

Content on the Site is owned either by Schneider Law Firm, P.A. or by third-party licensors. The Firm asserts copyright, common-law trademark, and other applicable intellectual-property rights in original content created by or for the Firm, including the Firm name, logo, written content, and the selection and arrangement of materials on the Site. Photographs, illustrations, and certain other media on the Site may be licensed from third parties and remain the property of those owners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content of the Site without the prior written consent of the applicable rights-holder, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law (including fair use). Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties not affiliated with the Firm. Such links are provided for convenience only. The Firm does not endorse, approve, sponsor, or assume responsibility for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of that site.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or rule of professional conduct;

  • Transmit any material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any related systems or networks;

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code; or

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other party’s use or enjoyment of the Site.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schneider Law Firm, P.A., its attorneys, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site or any content on the Site, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if the Firm has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schneider Law Firm, P.A. and its attorneys, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any such dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if no such modification is possible, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. No Waiver

The Firm’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Firm.

16. Changes to These Terms

The Firm may revise these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The revised Terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Firm’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings on the same subject matter.
